At TLO Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please allow 5-7 business days for the shipment to reach our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 48 hours of receipt.
