The SilencerCo ASR Flash Hider is a steel, black-finished muzzle device designed for 5.56x45mm NATO barrels with 1/2"-28 TPI threads. It is compatible with SilencerCo ASR (Active Spring Retention) mounts, offering a quick attach/detach solution for use across many SilencerCo suppressors. The one-hand-on, one-hand-off mounting system works with ASR muzzle devices to make transferring a suppressor between hosts fast and secure. Once shouldered, the locking ring helps prevent the suppressor from rotating or working loose under heavy firing schedules. A patent-pending resonance suppression design helps eliminate the “tuning-fork” effect common with competing 3-prong flash hiders.
