The MDT XRS Chassis for the Howa 1500 Short Action is built for shooters who want the familiar ergonomics of a traditional rifle stock with the performance advantages of a modern precision chassis. It features a full-length CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum core with high-strength textured polymer panels to help insulate from the elements. A precision aluminum V-block bedding system supports consistent action fit to help maximize accuracy. Designed for versatility, the XRS includes interchangeable grips (angled and vertical), adjustable length of pull via included spacers, and a quick-adjust cheek piece to help achieve proper eye alignment with your optic. The 12-inch forend includes M-LOK slots for accessory mounting, and the chassis is compatible with standard AICS pattern magazines with an easy-to-use ambidextrous magazine latch.
