The MDT XRS Chassis for Ruger American Short Action rifles is built for shooters who want the familiar ergonomics of a traditional rifle stock with the performance advantages of a modern precision chassis. It features a full-length CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum core paired with high-strength textured polymer panels for added insulation and a stock-like feel. A precision aluminum V-block bedding system helps ensure consistent fit and function to support improved accuracy potential. Designed for both hunting and target use, the XRS includes a quick-adjust cheek piece, length-of-pull adjustment via included spacers, and compatibility with AICS-pattern magazines with an easy-to-use ambidextrous magazine latch. The 12-inch forend includes integrated M-LOK slots for mounting accessories and adding ARCA or Picatinny rails as needed. This Flat Dark Earth (FDE) configuration includes both angled and vertical grips in the box for user preference.
