The Maxim Hate Brake is a compact muzzle booster designed to regulate exhaust gases to help Personal Defense Weapons (PDWs) cycle more reliably. Its design redirects sound signature away from the shooter, helps decrease flash signature, and significantly reduces recoil to support increased accuracy. The Hate Brake locks into place using Maxim’s patent-pending K-Taper taper-locking technology, eliminating the need for proprietary tapered barrels. Built with a durable Black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) finish and an octagon external shape, it is designed to work with M-Slot compatible handguards and can be installed from the front for easier fitment under many handguards.
