Built on a compact, reinforced polymer A-frame design, it delivers an improved cheek weld and integrates two water-resistant battery storage tubes. A shielded release latch and a supplemental friction lock help prevent accidental operation and minimize wobble for greater stability and accuracy. The STR adds versatile sling mounting with integral loops and a reversible push-button quick-detach mount, plus a replaceable 0.30-inch rubber butt-pad for secure shoulder purchase—even over body armor.
