The Lee Precision Long Charging Die is designed to work with Lee Auto-Disk, Pro Auto-Disk, and Auto-Drum powder measures to dispense consistent powder charges during rifle reloading. It functions similarly to a pistol powder-through expanding die, but it does not expand the case mouth; rifle case expansion is performed in the sizing die. This long version is intended for rifle cases from 1.760 to 2.620 inches in length (approximately .223 Remington through .300 Winchester Magnum).
