The Cross Armory SAFE MAG is a fixed magazine locking system designed for Mil-Spec AR-15/M4 platforms in regulated states that require a fixed magazine. When properly installed, it prevents removal of the magazine without disassembly of the firearm action. The SAFE MAG is engineered to release the magazine instantly when the upper and lower receivers are separated (disabling the action), eliminating the need to press a button. It also allows insertion of a new magazine with the receivers closed without bending or stressing the hardware. Constructed from aluminum with a black finish, this model is compatible with Mil-Spec AR-15/M4 rifles only.
