Each plate is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum to tight tolerances, finished with a MIL‑SPEC Type III hard anodized coating, and quality checked multiple times before leaving C&H’s Georgia facility. Replaceable stainless steel T‑Posts/T‑Nuts maximize thread engagement and allow damaged hardware to be replaced without buying a new plate.
