The Battle Arms Development Authority Elite complete upper receiver is built around a billet BAD556 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum receiver with integral ambidextrous controls for confident, user-friendly operation. A free-float handguard with M-LOK attachment points at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions provides flexible accessory mounting, while the full-length Picatinny top rail includes Battle Arms’ signature notch cut for a clean, matched look. The 16-inch 4150 chrome-moly steel barrel features a black nitride treatment to enhance durability and maintain accuracy. For reliability and simplified maintenance, the barrel is individually headspaced to a matching 9310 steel bolt and an 8620 black nitride carrier, and this upper includes the Bad Rack-15 C ambidextrous charging handle and an AR-15/M16 bolt carrier group.
